Fees, agreed before we start

Legal costs should be a decision, not a surprise. This is how we charge.

Fixed fees where possible

For matters whose scope can be defined, a contract, an advice, a first-instance procedure, we quote a fixed fee per matter or per phase, confirmed in writing before the engagement starts. You decide with full knowledge of the costs.

Hourly rates with monthly specifications

Where the scope genuinely cannot be estimated, we work on an hourly basis. You receive itemised monthly specifications, and we flag it early when a matter develops differently than expected. No end-of-case surprises.

Court fees and other costs

Dutch litigation involves court fees, bailiff costs and, if you lose, a capped contribution to the other side's costs based on fixed tariffs rather than actual costs. We map these out per scenario before you decide to litigate, so the business case of a procedure is clear in advance.

The first meeting is free

The first 30-minute meeting is an introduction, free of charge and without obligation: you outline your situation, we tell you whether and how we can assist and what a realistic outcome looks like.

Get a fee proposal

Describe your matter in a free 30-minute meeting and receive a concrete fee proposal before you commit.
