Do you work for international clients?

Yes. A substantial part of our practice consists of international investors and companies with Dutch operations or Dutch real estate. All services are available in English, from contracts to court proceedings, and we are based in the Zuidas, the international business district of Amsterdam.

What does a Dutch business lawyer cost?

Wherever possible we agree a fixed fee per matter or per phase, confirmed before the engagement starts. If the scope cannot be estimated in advance, we work on an hourly basis with monthly specifications. The first 30-minute meeting is free of charge.

Can you represent us in Dutch courts?

Yes. Clavix is a Dutch law firm and mr. M. Kumar is a member of the Netherlands Bar (NOvA), registered for corporate law and civil procedure. We litigate before the Dutch civil courts, including interim relief proceedings and appeals.
