Mukesh Kumar founded Clavix on a simple observation: business owners do not want a thirty-page memo, they want to know where they stand and what to do next. His practice sits deliberately on the crossroads of corporate law and real estate, because that is where his clients live: holdings with property in the structure, shareholders in conflict over a building, investors dealing with Dutch tenants, contractors and creditors.

He was admitted to the Dutch bar in 2022 and is registered with the Netherlands Bar Association (Nederlandse Orde van Advocaten) for corporate law and civil procedure, which carries a mandatory annual continuing education requirement in both fields.

What does "mr." mean?

The Dutch title "mr." (meester in de rechten) is not the English "Mister": it is the protected academic title for holders of a Dutch law degree, comparable to LL.M., and by convention it precedes the name of every Dutch attorney. So "mr. M. Kumar" simply identifies him as a fully qualified Dutch lawyer.
